ABOUT US

The ADU New Haven Market Research project is a joint partnership between the YPI and City of New Haven to study affordable housing solutions in New Haven. The two-stage project includes a policy review and key recommendations paper for guiding New Haven’s policymaking into ADU development, as well as in-the-field market research surveying homeowners in New Haven on their needs for housing development and affordable housing. Data collected then aids municipal ADU assistance funds.
