2023-2024 Project

The CT Circular Economy Project in the Economic Policy Center examined the economic aspects of a circular economy model such as extended producer responsibility, localized production & distribution, eco-design, and energy efficiency in Connecticut.

The Project partnered with the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to provide policy recommendations to the Connecticut state legislature.
