The International Law on Cybersecurity & Digital Modernization in Pakistan and India aims to delve deeper into into the applicability of international law and internationally-agreed norms to cyber security and state use of Information and Communication Technology, as well as cybercrime. Given this age of rapid digitalization, we are interested in exploring digital modernization, AI, and the cyber risks that can accompany it in both India and Pakistan.
