Energy and the Environment Center

2023-2024 Project

The Center for Energy and the Environment researched how different municipalities regulate embodied carbon. Embodied carbon is carbon emissions resulting from the construction of buildings. In our report we identified the best ways municipalities can regulate embodied carbon.

We partnered with the City of New Haven, Office of Sustainability. The City of New Haven intend to use our report to find ways to regulate embodied carbon.
