Women’s reproductive health and rights

about us

The Women’s Reproductive Health and Rights project seeks to investigate how Dobbs has impacted marginalized women and youth — on a socioeconomic, behavioral, physiological, and psychological level. Through partnerships with organizations such as the CT Women’s Consortium and CT Reproductive Equity Now, and collaborations with reproductive health and human rights programs at Yale Law School, as well as other departments at the Yale School of Public Health and Yale School of Medicine — we will use interdisciplinary research to inform legislation to achieve more equitable, comprehensive reproductive health care.

By the end of the year, our team will present our research at conferences, symposiums, and hearings hosted by government and nonprofit entities, such as the CT Legislature’s Reproductive Rights Caucus, CT Governor’s Commission on Women and Girls, the CT Maternal Health Task Force, and more.
